Case 1 preoperative radiographs depicting grade 4 osteoarthritis of the knee with stress fractures (both extraarticular and intraarticular). The patient had history of long standing knee pain since many years, with inability to walk since the last 4 months. The tibial alignment appears to be in severe varus (> 20°)
