Indications

Tunnel-widening (10–15 mm)

Tunnel malposition that precludes avoidance of primary tunnels

Active infection

Arthrofibrosis (loss of more than 5° of extension or 20° of flexion)

Meniscal deficiency and/or chondral lesion

Malalignment (including an increase in posterior tibial slope)

Other ligamentous laxity
